NGL Energy Partners LP

NGL Energy Partners LP, through its subsidiaries, engages in propane and other natural gas liquids businesses in the United States. The company operates in three segments: Midstream, Wholesale Supply and Marketing, and Retail Propane. The Midstream segment is involved in the delivery of propane from pipelines or trucks and transfers the propane to third-party transport trucks for delivery to retailers, wholesalers, and other costumers. This segment owns and operates 16 propane terminals located in Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Washington, and Wisconsin, as well as in St. Catherines, Ontario. The Wholesale Supply and Marketing segment provides propane procurement, storage, transportation, and supply services in 44 states in the mid-continent, northeast, and southeast regions of the United States.
