Safeguard International Fund LP

Safeguard International Fund LP (SIF) is a cross-Atlantic private equity fund formed to earn substantial returns through leveraged acquisitions and a wide-range of other private equity investments, including growth equity financings, recapitalizaitons, and acquisition-oriented financing transactions. Based in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with offices in Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France, SIF manages $370 million of equity capital. SIF specializes in investing in technology-oriented industrial businesses in Western Europe and North America in the metallurgical, chemical, energy and environmental industries. SIF seeks effective control in each of its investments and works closely with management to implement value creation and exit strategies.
