Aaron Tyler

Bio

Aaron is a Partner in the Cambridge, Massachusetts office. He has been a member of the investment team since joining Lighthouse as an Associate in 2004. Aaron is responsible for identifying investment opportunities, performing due diligence, negotiating and monitoring east coast investments. Before joining Lighthouse, Aaron was an Associate at GrandBanks Capital, an information technology-focused venture capital firm, where he supported the partnership in investments and worked closely with several portfolio companies including WHERE (formerly uLocate), Ember, Outstart, and Glasshouse Technologies. Prior to GrandBanks, Aaron spent three years at Robertson Stephens and Company, most recently as an Associate in the Services Investment Banking Group, and previously, in the Merger and Acquisition Group. While at Lighthouse, Aaron has sponsored investments in the software, internet, IT services, semiconductor and mobile industries, including WHERE (acquired by eBay). Aaron holds a double B.A. in International Politics and Economics, and Spanish from Middlebury College.
