Bio

Mr. Maffeo is an Associate at Inter-Atlantic Group, where he has been employed since 2009. Mr. Maffeo researches Inter-Atlantic’s target markets and contributes to the screening process of potential private equity investments. His responsibilities include assistance with the sourcing, analyzing, due diligence and monitoring of investments. Mr. Maffeo was an integral part of the investment and due diligence team for Inter-Atlantic’s most recent investment, FMS Services Inc. Prior to joining Inter-Atlantic, Mr. Maffeo was employed as a Corporate Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, working specifically with the M&A and Private Equity teams, and participated in Morgan Stanley’s Summer Analyst Program. Mr. Maffeo holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
