Alex Gregor

Bio

Mr. Gregor has over 5 years of private equity investment experience and over 10 years of transaction experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2005 as a member of the corporate finance team, Mr. Gregor has been involved in transaction activities such as screening and processing investment opportunities, acquisitions, debt and equity financing and supporting investment management activities. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, Mr. Gregor was an Associate at middle market investment banking firm Brown Gibbons Lang & Company in Chicago, from 2001 to 2005. From 2000 to 2001, he was a valuation analyst at Duff & Phelps, LLC. A Michigan native, Mr. Gregor holds a BBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
