Bio

Andrew N. Pike joined the Firm in 2008 and is primarily responsible for the management of portfolio investments, including the identification and implementation of strategies to optimize value and the disposition of assets. Mr. Pike brings over 16 years of experience across several disciplines in infrastructure finance, including arranging and investing capital through project finance debt and equity, secured institutional loans, lease-backed notes, and tax-advantaged equity. Prior to joining EIF, Mr. Pike was a member of Wells Fargo’s Debt Capital Markets team, where he was responsible for all phases of capital markets execution, including deal origination, transaction structuring, and securities distribution. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Pike was a Director at BTMU Capital Corporation where he led the firm’s structured debt and equity financings in the utility sector. Additionally, he worked as a lender with FleetBoston’s Energy and Utility Finance Group, as an equity investor in domestic water infrastructure with Poseidon Resources Corporation, and as a developer and owner of international power projects with InterGen. Mr. Pike received an A.B. from Bowdoin College with a double major in History and Government.
