Anna Maria Nekoranec

Bio

Anna is the President of LBK Capital LLLP, a private equity consultant and merchant bank focused on middle market companies. Anna has over 20 years of private equity experience in the US, Europe and China. She has invested over $300 million in transactions ranging from consumer products to telecommunications and has been on 10 corporate boards. Prior to founding LBK Capital, Anna was a partner and a Managing Director at Investor Growth Capital a $1.8 billion private equity fund focused on later stage healthcare and technology investments in the U.S. and Europe. Before joining Investor, Anna was a Director at the Safeguard International Fund, a $300 million fund focused on middle market clean tech and process industry investments in the US and Europe. Anna holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and Modern Studies from the University of Virginia. She is a co-author of How to Buy a Business: Entrepreneurship through Acquisition.
