Bio

Anna R. Tye is a Senior Associate focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the technology and business services sectors. She is based in Charlotte. Prior to attending business school, Ms. Tye was an Associate at Arcapita, a middle-market private equity firm, and at Copper Arch Capital, a New York-based hedge fund. Ms. Tye’s prior work experience also includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets group where she focused on technology, media, and telecom clients. Ms. Tye received her M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and earned a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in Spanish from Duke University.
