Bio

Joined European Capital in May 2007 as an Investment Director in the Mezzanine Team. Was formerly an Associate Director at Hawkpoint Partners, the corporate finance advisory boutique and joined in 2002, predominantly originating and executing a wide variety of transactions within the retail and media sectors for both corporate as well as private equity clients. Notable transactions include the disposals of Hobbs, Jane Norman and Phase Eight, as well as the disposals of TV3 and Mergermarket. Prior to Hawkpoint, spent 5 years working as a corporate financier at UBS Warburg, predominantly in the UK Investment Banking Team, executing a wide variety of M&A and capital markets transactions for clients such as Logica, EMI, Cordiant and Saatchi & Saatchi. Graduated in 1997 from Magdalen College, Oxford with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
