Barry Twomey

Bio

Barry joined TGF Management in March 1999. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing. Prior to joining TGF Management, Barry was a Principal at Electra Fleming and a Managing Director at Fortis Private Capital, both located in New York. Barry started his career in corporate finance at the American Can Company, and worked in the M&A and Corporate Finance Groups of Mabon, Nugent & Co., and Laidlaw Adams & Peck. Barry has invested in a diverse group of companies in a broad range of industries. He is currently serving as a director of M&M Manufacturing Corp. and has served as a director on numerous other corporate boards, including those of TGF Management portfolio companies ENSR International, NetSpend, Southern Star Concrete, and FundsXpress. He is also a director of the Gladney Fund in Fort Worth and participates as a member of other civic and educational organizations. Barry received his B.A. degree in biochemistry from Connecticut College and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
