Brenda Lee Lally

Bio

Ms. Lally has over 20 years of human resources experience with middle market companies. Since joining Pfingsten Partners in 2007 as a member of the operating team, she has been involved in investment management activities with Pfingsten Partners’ portfolio companies. Her areas of specialty include human resources, Continuous Improvement training and recruitment. Prior to joining Pfingsten Partners, from 1998 to 2007, Ms. Lally worked as Director of Human Resources for Norcraft Companies, a former portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners. From 1987 to 1998, she worked in Human Resources for IKON Office Solutions. A Minnesota native, Ms. Lally studied social sciences and human resources management at the University of Minnesota.
