Bio

Brendon Biddle is a Vice President at HCI Equity Partners, having joined the Firm as an Associate in 2006. Mr. Biddle currently works with HCI Equity portfolio companies Herndon Products, Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, Quadel Consulting, and Qualitor. Mr. Biddle was an active contributor in the Firm’s acquisition of Herndon Products and Hawthorne Lift Systems (acquired by HCI Equity portfolio company Naumann/Hobbs). Mr. Biddle was also a key contributor in the sale of former portfolio company TEAC Aerospace Technologies, the sale of the Engine Controls division of Qualitor, as well as the realization of HCI’s investments in Mistras Group (NYSE: “MG”) and Progressive Waste Solutions (NYSE and TSX “BIN”, formerly IESI-BFC Ltd.) through public offerings. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Biddle was a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wachovia Securities, focusing primarily on media, industrial and aerospace clients. Previously, Mr. Biddle served as a financial analyst for two years in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Biddle received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Colgate University, and was a four-year member of the varsity football team, earning Academic All-American honors twice.
