From 2000 to 2002, was with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin as an Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group advising debtors, creditors and financial sponsors on strategic alternatives related to a variety of acquisitions, divestitures and deleveraging transactions. From 1999 to 2000, was an analyst in the restructuring group of Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for developing cash flow, debt compliance and valuation analyses for public and private companies. BS in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Management Consulting from University of Southern California.
