C Michael Armstrong

Bio

Mr Armstrong serves as Chairman of SV Investment Partners, sits on the firm's Management and Investment Committees, and chairs the Portfolio Review Committee. Mr Armstrong is the retired Chairman of Comcast Corporation and the former Chairman and CEO of AT&T and Hughes Electronics. Prior to these positions he spent more than three decades with IBM. Beginning as a systems engineer, he spent more than three decades with IBM, ultimately serving as Chairman of the Board of IBM World Trade Corporation. Mr Armstrong serves on the Board of International Decision Systems. Mr Armstrong’s current Board affiliations include Citigroup, International Handling Services, and the Telluride Foundation. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Johns Hopkins Medicine, The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
