Bio

Cabell is in charge of Osprey Capital Group’s Corporate Strategy. Over the last ten years, Cabell has been involved in financing and advising high net worth clients and real estate developers on various projects. Cabell spent four years with Lehman Brothers, two years in the Private Client Services Group and two years in the Structured Finance Department. As an Associate in Structured Finance, Cabell was part of the Residential Credit Risk Management Group where he was actively involved with due diligence for the purchase, sale and securitization of residential mortgages and with monitoring financial movements within whole loan portfolios and mortgage-backed securities. Through his years at Lehman, Cabell was heavily involved with various portfolio risk assessments and risk committees. After Lehman, Cabell was in financial advisory with The Advest Group, Inc., where he asset managed the real estate holdings of various high net worth clients and obtained financing for commercial real estate developments. Cabell was involved in the structuring, financing and development of a 100-unit residential complex and an 80-acre mixed use development.
