Carolin joined Cinven in 2007 and is part of the Industrials sector team. She has worked on a number of transactions including Springer.
Prior to joining Cinven, Carolin spent almost four years at Bain & Company in Germany where she worked on several strategy and turnaround projects across a range of sectors.
Education
Carolin holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School in New York, a graduate diploma in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a dual degree in Intercultural Business Studies from the Universität Passau and the Université Marc Bloch in Strasbourg.
