Spent over 8 years in industry and management consulting. In 1982 joined Citicorp Venture Capital, becoming Head of Management Buyouts in 1985. Involved in the development of Citicorp's European venture capital operations during 1986 and 1987. In 1988 joined Phildrew Ventures as a Founder Executive where he was a senior partner. Left to form Primary Capital in 1994. BA (Hons) in History from Cambridge University.Career
