Chester Congdon

Chester is responsible for new investments and investment management. Prior to joining Bay West he was a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Capmark Finance, involved in underwriting and closing $1.2 billion in combined debt, equity and mezzanine financing. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager for the Waters Fund, a private equity firm investing in, and entitling large scale residential projects throughout California. Chester's background in commercial real estate comprises of a broad mix of disciplines with particular focus on Entitlement and Real Estate Finance, working in office, retail, and residential product types.
