Bio

Mr. Stewart joined Energy Spectrum Capital in 2007 as the Manager of Financial Reporting. His responsibilities include financial and tax reporting, investor communications, and management of the Firm's internal accounting function. Additionally, he serves as a liaison with portfolio companies to further enhance the reporting process. Prior to joining Energy Spectrum Capital, Mr. Stewart served as a senior tax associate in the Private Company Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P from 2003 to 2007. During that time, he provided tax and audit services to clients within the oil & gas, manufacturing, defense, and private client service industries. Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Texas A&M University and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas since 2006.
