Christof Wahl

Bio

Christof Wahl is co-founding Partner and Board Member of Management Capital Holding. He joined Management Capital Holding from Kabel Deutschland, the leading German cable operator with revenues of about EUR 1,1 billion. As the company’s Chief Executive Officer, he participated in a management buyout with a Private Equity house and led the successful restructuring and profitable growth of the group. Mr Wahl also recapitalized the company’s balance sheet with high yield bond of EUR 700 million. Before that, Mr Wahl was President with Siemens AG in Germany, and held executive roles with Siemens in Thailand, US and Finland for 13 years. He restructured the telecommunications carrier business of Siemens AG (revenues of about EUR 4 billion with about 8.000 employees). In his professional career, Mr Wahl acquired, integrated and divested more than 20 companies with a combined revenue of more than EUR 2 billion and served as the Chairman on several supervisory boards. Mr Wahl holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Munich and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hagen.
