Chris Blum is a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer and joined the Firm in 2007. He serves on the board of directors M&M Pump & Supply, Inc. and Chinada Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining the Firm, at Clayton Holdings, Inc., Mr. Blum served as interim CFO, Director of Corporate Development Strategy and advisor to the CEO on various operational initiatives including the sale of a majority stake to TA Associates, consummation of several acquisitions, close of $200 million debt recapitalization, completion of a $147 IPO, and management of various strategic initiatives. Mr. was a Principal of Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Inc. (f/k/a Diamond Cluster, Inc.) where he focused on strategic, financial, operating and product, market and customer development strategies on behalf of clients various industries. Previously, Mr. Blum served as Chief Financial Officer for an online B2B marketplace company, MindBuilder Group, Inc. and as a Director at Arthur Andersen LLP. From 1990 to 1999, he was a Senior Vice President investment banking at EVEREN Securities, Inc. (f/k/a Kemper Securities, Inc.). Mr. Blum holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
