Bio

Worked in corporate finance since 1994. After training with Samuel Montagu in London, joined Noble Grossart Ltd and subsequently Noble & Company in Edinburgh, and was involved in a large range of capital markets and M&A transactions. Most recently was a director in the Joint Ventures team at Bank of Scotland Corporate in Edinburgh. Graduated in Law from Edinburgh University.
