Bio

Dave focuses on acquisitions and late-stage growth investments in the Business Services sector. He joined Baird Capital Partners in 1994 as a Partner and has led several investments. Dave has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of 18 BCP portfolio companies, including his current directorships at Accume Partners and Flatirons Solutions. Prior to Baird, Dave spent nine years making mezzanine and equity investments as a Partner at Fiduciary Capital and as an Investment Officer at Northwestern Mutual. Dave holds a BA and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
