David Smith

Bio

Mr Smith is an Associate of Vatera Capital LLC. Prior to joining the Vatera team, Mr Smith spent four years with Ferro Capital where he developed a deep knowledge of financial structuring and investment analysis. In this role, he has built and developed risk management systems used to value portfolios, monitor strategic allocations, and assess exit potential. Mr Smith has a BA from Harvard University.
