Diane Gross

Bio

Ms Diane Gross is the Vice President of Finance and Controller of CIC and has been with the Firm since 2005. Diane manages CIC’s accounting, treasury, audit and tax, and investor relations functions. Prior to joining CIC, Diane worked in similar positions at a variety of venture capital firms and start-up companies. She began her career as an auditor for Ernst & Young and is a licensed CPA in Texas. Mr Gross holds a Kellogg School, Northwestern University, MBA and a Western Michigan University, B.B.A. She is a licensed CPA in Texas
