Bio
Joined Barclays Private Equity in 1998 from BZW Corporate Finance. Had previously completed the Barclays Group Management Development Programme. This included roles as a corporate analyst for the senior debt team at Barclays City Corporate Group and as a risk analyst for Barclays Bank of Spain. Has experience of a variety of private equity transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, equity release and expansion capital. Completed deals include the £100m buyout of Cabot Financial, a leading debt purchase business, the £57m buy-in of Warner Howard, a provider of hygiene and environmental services, and the £23m buyout of Gaucho Grill, a restaurant operator. Principal focus is on the Financial Services sector.
