Doug Rotatori

Bio

Mr. Rotatori joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 1998 as a Principal and was promoted to Managing Principal in 2003. Mr. Rotatori currently serves on the Board of York Insurance Services Group, Inc. and Safway Services, LLC Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rotatori was a partner at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm where he was responsible for a variety of acquisitions and financing transactions. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Rotatori was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance groups and focused primarily on the general industrial and business and financial services sectors. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Rotatori was a senior consultant in the Andersen Consulting Group of Arthur Andersen & Co. A native of Ohio, Mr. Rotatori is a graduate of Bucknell University and received his MBA from the J L Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
