Prior to joining Star Avenue Capital, Mr. Baird worked as a Senior Associate at Bear Growth Capital Partners, the growth equity affiliate of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking, the predecessor of Irving Place Capital. He previously worked as a Vice President at Wachovia Capital Partners, the predecessor to Pamlico Capital, and as an Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Unit at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. BS from Penn State University.
