Elise Mathov

Bio

Ms. Mathov’s duties include planning, organizing and managing due diligence; investor relations and asset management. Since joining Century Pacific in 1988, Ms. Mathov has held various positions in the marketing, acquisitions, property and asset management and investor relations departments. As Director of Investor Relations for much of this period, Ms. Mathov was responsible for communicating with investors in 85 funds, distributing tax returns, facilitating transfers of partnership interests, updating partnership records, and reporting on the performance of a portfolio of approximately 260 properties with a development cost exceeding $840 million to an investor base with nearly 4,600 individual and corporate investors. Prior to joining the company, she was the Special Projects Manager at Philippine Airlines. Ms. Mathov holds a B.S. degree from the University of the Philippines.
