Member of the Investment Committee as well as responsible for investor relations at TowerBrook. MPreviously a partner, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Soros Private Equity. Extensively involved in structuring and executing all of TowerBrook’s transactions. Previously a senior solicitor at the London-based law firm, Ashursts, in the Private Equity Group in London and Milan. LLB from Brunel University and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London.
