Fraser Harding

Bio

Fraser brings more than 20 years commercial technology consulting and development experience to Ariadne Capital, 12 of which were spent working with and advising venture funded internet, media and mobile technology companies. Most recently, Fraser has held executive positions in a number of early stage organisations bringing innovative technology solutions to market and he has a successful track record building venture funded technology companies. Fraser was a founding member of Paragon Software Limited, one of UK’s most successful technology startups and was instrumental in obtaining initial seed funding from 3i of £500,000. Fraser also played a significant role in transforming the company into a world leader in mobile synchronisation and in achieving a US$515 million trade sale in February 2000. In addition, Fraser has held an engineering management role at Secerno Limited, which was backed by Eden Ventures Limited and Spark Ventures plc, where he was responsible for building the engineering team and successfully delivering the first two releases of a product to industry acclaim. Fraser currently holds executive management positions at PassivSystems Limited and Outcast TV Limited. Fraser has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Computer Science from London University.
