Glenn is actively involved in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution of investments at Praesidian Capital. Glenn joined Praesidian Capital with 9 years of financial investment experience, most recently he was Vice President at Merrill Lynch Middle Market Finance, structuring and underwriting senior debt investments in middle market companies. Earlier, Glenn was an Assistant Vice President at Fleet National Bank where he managed middle market loan relationships and underwrote as well as closed new investments. He received his BA with high honors in Economics from Rutgers University.
