Greg Reynolds

Bio

Mr. Reynolds brings over 13 years of direct debt and equity investing experience to Comvest, and is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest Capital. Prior to joining Comvest, Mr. Reynolds was a Director with Dymas Capital Management, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital, where he was instrumental in the formation and growth of Dymas Capital from its start-up phase to an established middle market finance company with over $1.0 billion in assets under management. Prior to Dymas Capital, Mr. Reynolds was an Assistant VP in Heller Financial’s Corporate Finance Group providing debt and equity to middle market companies. Mr. Reynolds received an M.B.A from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
