Prior to joining Rho in 1993, Mr Kairouz worked in investment banking and leveraged buyout in New York with Reich & Co. and Jesup & Lamont. Mr Kairouz's current and recent board seats include: AnswerSoft, Avolent, Carparts Technologies, Intralinks, iVillage (NASDAQ: IVIL), Lemur Networks, Tripod, Waterfront Media and Yantra. Mr Kairouz is Managing Partner of Rho Ventures and serves on the investment committees of Rho Fund Investors and Rho Private Equity. Mr Kairouz received an MBA from Columbia University.Career
