Harry Durity, Senior Advisor, joined the New Mountain team in May 2005. From 1994 - 2005, Mr. Durity was the Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Development at Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), a provider of computerized transaction processing, data communication, and information services worldwide. He headed ADP's merger and acquisitions group and was a member of ADP's executive committee. Prior to ADP, Mr. Durity worked for Revlon Consumer Products Company as a senior vice president of corporate development, where he also served as a member of the executive committee at the company. Prior to Revlon, Mr. Durity was president of the Highlands Group, a boutique investment advisory firm based in Atlanta. Prior to the Highlands Group, Mr. Durity served as a vice president of corporate development for RJR Nabisco. Mr. Durity also served as a senior consultant for Arthur D. Little in their managerial economics department and started his career with Firestone Tire & Rubber Company as the chief economist. He is a member of the advisory board of Sonenshine Partners and a former director of National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. Mr. Durity received his B.A. from Western Maryland College with additional studies in merger and acquisition at the Darden School, University of Virginia. Mr. Durity holds a master's degree from Washington State University.
