Bio
Prior to joining Permira, Henry spent five years at The Cypress Group, a US Private Equity firm, where he completed a number of buy-out transactions. He has also worked at Salomon Brothers in the investment banking division and in the distressed debt group of LibertyView Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Henry became a Principal in 2011. He is a member of the Financing Group and has worked on a number of transactions including BakerCorp, Creganna, Intelsat and Jet Aviation.
