Joined Palamon Capital Partners in November 2004, becoming Partner in 2007. Is a German national fluent in English with a working knowledge of French. Joined Palamon after seven years experience in management consulting with Bain & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, most recently as Partner and member of the German management team in the latter's Financial Services practice. Has four years line-experience in the IT-sector, having performed a management buyout as CEO. Graduated from the University of Hamburg. Doctorate in business administration from the University of Munich.
