Head of Real Estate for Langham Hall. Has more that 20 years experience in Real Estate, the vast majority of these in industry. Was most recently CFO of the UK listed Topland group, and was also directly involved with investments in China and India. Prior to this was FD of a commercial property group with $0.5bn of assets held in complex offshore structures. Has extensive experience of managing transactions including negotiating and implementing external finance, due diligence, reviewing real estate valuations, and advising of accounting and tax implications. Qualified with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant in 1983.
