Joined Permira as a Partner in 1993. Head of the London office and is a member of the Management Group. Provides leadership on deal negotiation and execution. Has worked on numerous transactions including Acromas (The AA & Saga), All3Media, Birds Eye iglo, BorsodChem, DinoSol Supermercados, Gala Coral Group, Hogg Robinson, Memec, New Look, Principal Hayley Group, TDC and Telepizza. Prior to joining Permira, was a partner at Clifford Chance, where he was Head of the Leveraged Buyout Group. Degree in Law from Sheffield University. Solicitor.
