After completing his certified accounting studies, and a third cycle of business and fiscal law (University of Paris II) Mr Henry Piot began his career as an auditor at SEEC. In 1990 he joined BGP Finances (Private investment funds) as secretary general in charge of investments made from centers in Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg. It was in this capacity that he worked closely with the business leaders and portfolio managers of small and medium sized companies to ensure daily operational management. Later he became the Financial Director of the Novomedia press group (Stratégie Télécom & Multimédia, Le Quotidien des Télécoms) and organizer of the ATM Development conferences for the Telecom and Multimedia sectors. In 1997 he took over the General Management of Video Data Systems in the domain of Multimedia data transmissions over specialized telecom networks for video surveillance and remote control applications. In 1999 Mr Piot founded the Critere Finance company and became a partner in Chausson Finance as Associate Director. He has been a member of the investment committee of the Technocap private investment fund since 2000. In 2001 Mr Piot co-founded the Green Recovery Fund, specializing in investments in turnaround companies. Notably he participated in the take over of the aircraft building section of Reims Aviation in January 2002 (www.reims-aviation.fr). He is also Administrator and Delegated General Manager of PME Industrielles. In July of 2004 he co-founded Aelios Finance. In 1999 Mr Piot founded the Critere Finance company and became a partner in Chausson Finance as Associate Director. He has been a member of the investment committee of the Technocap private investment fund since 2000. In 2001 he co-founded the Green Recovery Fund, specializing in investments in turnaround companies.
