Mr. Sanford has over 25 years experience in financial management and capital formation in energy development, service and finance companies. Between 2000 and 2004, Mr. Sanford was Chief Financial Officer of ProcureNet Inc., an investor-owned provider of procurement and supply chain management services. Prior to joining ProcureNet, Mr. Sanford served as chief financial officer of three publicly traded companies in service-based industries. Mr. Sanford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College, Schenectady, New York and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
