Bio

Prior to joining Madison Dearborn in 2008, Mr. Knutsen spent ten years with the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse where he was a Managing Director with overall responsibility for the group’s sales activities in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining the Credit Suisse Private Fund Group, Mr. Knutsen was an investment banker in the financial services area at Goldman Sachs and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Knutsen is responsible for Investor Relations at MDP. B.S, Boston University.
