John R. Purcell has served as a director of numerous companies including Bausch & Lomb, Playboy, Journal Register and Omnicom. In 1986, Mr. Purcell led the buyout of SFN Companies, Inc., a $500 million publicly held company of which he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From 1977 to 1981, he was Executive Vice President of CBS, Inc. and from 1968 to 1977, Mr. Purcell was Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Operations of Gannett Co., Inc. (Juno Beach, Florida)
