Joined Execution Noble in May 2009 and is Head of Equity Capital Markets. Previously Co Head of Corporate Broking and Equity Capital Markets at Noble, was a Managing Director in Corporate Finance at Merrill Lynch International until Feb 2009 - responsible for equity private placements and the coverage of hedge funds. From 1995 to 2005, headed the equity syndication team in London and was responsible for structuring, marketing, placing and pricing of all equity and equity-linked transactions lead by Merrill Lynch in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1990, worked in corporate finance for Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York and Australia from 1985 to 1988. Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia in 1985 and Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1990.
