Bio
Has worked on a number of notable transactions including the MBO and ultimate disposal of HFS Loans, the flotation of La Tasca, the disposal of PJH Group and the MBO's of ATP International Group and Direct Group. Joined LDC in February 2008. Graduated with a first class accounting and finance degree from Leeds University Business School and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant before focussing on M&A advisory work at both Grant Thornton and latterly Deloitte corporate finance.
