Jonathan Klahr

Bio

Jonathan Klahr joined SGE in 2007 and focuses on the payments, software, internet, and information services industries. He currently serves on the boards of Netformx, Plimus, Wisair and Vertive. Jonathan brings more than eight years of information technology investing experience to SGE. He previously led investments in software and internet companies at BRM Capital. He also has operational experience with technology start-ups. Prior to working at BRM, Jonathan attained operational experience in business development and marketing roles at software and internet startups. His previous investments include Fraud Sciences (acquired by eBay/PayPal), Gigaspaces, Pando, and Supportspace. He has also worked closely with portfolio companies such as Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft) and Prosight (acquired by Primavera). Jonathan holds an MBA from Hebrew University and a BA in War Studies from Kings College, London where he was the recipient of the prestigious Simon O’Dwyer Russell Outstanding Student Award.
