Bio

Previously at Analysys Consulting Group Ltd, doing strategic planning, business due-diligence and regulatory analysis for blue chip companies both in Spain and abroad, and covering a variety of technology sectors, including telecommunications, media and IT. In the last two years he has participated in five large private equity transactions, advising large PE groups such as Providence, Permira or Blackstone. He advised directly to the decision makers in the purchase of Türk telekom and in the sale of Maltacom. Has worked before as independent consultant for pharma company Industrial Farmacéutica Cantabria, advising in the spin off process, and previous to that he worked at the fixed-line division of Telefónica, as manager for the development of wholesale ADSL, with direct management of the development of specifications and the launch of broadband services Mr Villalobos holds an M.Sc. Telecommunications and MBA, graduating as first of promotion in both.
