Kimberly Stevenson

Bio

Kimberly D. Stevenson is responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of new investments; managing the formulation and implementation of strategies for each property, and ultimately overseeing the disposition of assets at the end of their holding period. Prior to joining Buchanan, she was Director of Asset Management & Leasing for The Garrett Group, a land and investment management company with 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial product under ownership. Ms. Stevenson has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience including portfolio management for The Irvine Company where she was the Portfolio Manager for 4.2 million square feet of Class A office space in Orange County. Ms Kimberly D. Stevenson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California and currently sits on NAIOP’s Inland Empire Board
