Bio

Kit joined Arle in 2007 from 3i and before that, Barclays. As Head of Debt, he is responsible for structuring debt financing, capital restructurings and for managing Arle's relationships with lenders. Kit worked on the buyouts of Stork and Expro International, as well as the leading the financing for the US acquisitions by Parques Reunidos and Stork Technical Services's recent acquisition; the capital restructurings at Gala, Hilding Anders, DX and ETG and the $1.4bn high yield bond for Expro International. MA from Cambridge in Pure and Applied Mathematics.
