Bio
Ms. Gilbert joined Pine Brook in March 2010 to work on investments in the financial services industry. She came to Pine Brook from CVC Capital Partners, a $40 billion global private equity firm, where she was an investment director and a founding member of the financial services team. Prior to joining CVC in 2007, Ms. Gilbert was an associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a $15 billion private equity firm. She began her career as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Gilbert holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
